Trump Announces MAJOR Team-Up That Has D.C. Terrified

CEO and Executive Chairman Elon Musk has extended his offer to provide assistance to the federal government, as well as to former President Donald Trump, whom he has publicly endorsed, without any charge.

Musk made this offer in response to a Wall Street Journal article titled “Trump to Adopt Elon Musk’s Proposal for Government Efficiency Commission.”

“I look forward to serving America if the opportunity arises. No pay, no title, no recognition is needed,” Musk wrote on X.

“The commission would conduct ‘a complete financial and performance audit of the entire federal government’ and make ‘recommendations for drastic reform,’ the Republican former president plans to say in an appearance before the Economic Club of New York. The goal would be to identify ways to eliminate fraud and improper payments, according to portions of the speech viewed by The Wall Street Journal,” the Journal reported, adding, “Trump and Musk have grown close as Musk’s political views have become more conservative. In a recent conversation on X, the entrepreneur suggested Trump form a commission tackling government spending as a way to address inflation.”

Musk noted on the X platform on July 13, the day Trump was nearly assassinated, during a rally in Butler, Pa.: “I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery.”

In a mid-August interview, Musk told Trump he “would be happy to help” in a Trump administration.

“I think it would be great to just have a government efficiency commission that takes a look at these things and just ensures that the taxpayers’ hard-earned money is spent in a good way,” Musk said. “And I’d be happy to help out on such a commission.”

Trump responded: “I’d love it.”
