AOC Launches Unprecedented Attack On Supreme Court

Two conservative Supreme Court justices are the targets of articles of impeachment filed by radical Democrat Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). The articles were filed on Wednesday by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who charged Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas with “unchecked corruption.”

Last week, the AOC threatened to file articles against the two justices. Democrats have attacked Alito and Thomas on multiple occasions for not endorsing the radical agenda of the party. AOC has been arguing about recent made-up scandals involving Alito’s residence and personal politics, as well as gifts that Thomas has received from wealthy conservatives that have not been disclosed.

“The unchecked corruption crisis on the Supreme Court has now spiraled into a Constitutional crisis threatening American democracy writ large,” the congresswoman wrote in a statement.

“Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito’s pattern of refusal to recuse from consequential matters before the court in which they hold widely documented financial and personal entanglements constitutes a grave threat to American rule of law, the integrity of our democracy, and one of the clearest cases for which the tool of impeachment was designed.”

“Justice Thomas and Alito’s repeated failure over decades to disclose that they received millions of dollars in gifts from individuals with business before the court is explicitly against the law,” she argued.

“And their refusal to recuse from the specific matters and cases before the court in which their benefactors and spouses are implicated represents nothing less than a constitutional crisis.

“These failures alone would amount to a deep transgression worthy of standard removal in any lower court and would disqualify any nominee to the highest court from confirmation in the first place.”

In her filing from Wednesday, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez filed two articles of impeachment against Alito and three against Thomas.

Undisclosed gifts and Thomas’s purported failure to recuse himself from cases involving his wife’s financial and legal interests are the charges leveled against him.

Along with failing to disclose gifts, Alito is accused of failing to recuse himself from cases in which he had “a personal bias or prejudice concerning a party” in front of the court. Democrats, however, have singled out Thomas and Alito in situations where they think the justices will decide against them.

Democrats usually try to portray justices as politicized individuals instead of acknowledging that their job is to fairly decide cases according to their reading of the Constitution. After President Donald Trump’s immunity case was decided by the Supreme Court, the AOC first threatened to file an article of soft impeachment.

According to the relevant ruling, a president is immune from prosecution for “actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority” and is generally presumed to have “presumptive immunity” for official acts. The court ruled that unofficial acts are not immune. The Court did not base its decisions on partisan politics, but rather only on the facts and the intentions of the Founding Fathers.

“The Supreme Court has become consumed by a corruption crisis beyond its control,” AOC falsely claimed in a post on X following the decision.

“Today’s ruling represents an assault on American democracy.

“It is up to Congress to defend our nation from this authoritarian capture.

“I intend on filing articles of impeachment upon our return.”

Sen. Josh Hawley, a Republican from Missouri, chastised a judicial nominee under the Biden administration for a 2017 article that decried “bathroom bills.”

During a Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing for three women President Joe Biden had nominated to be federal judges, Hawley questioned Noel Wise. Hawley read an article from a 2017 Time magazine article by Wise about the passing of H.B. 2, a bill in North Carolina requiring people to use restrooms that correspond to their biological sex. Wise claimed in the article that the judicial branch was burdened “impossibly” by so-called “bathroom bills.”

“What’s this comment at the end of your article about ‘judges are obligated to see the world through a secular lens… When legislators blur the lines of church and state and enact laws that permit or prohibit conduct based on biologic[al] gender as only male or female… they place an impossible burden on our judiciary,’ what’s that mean?” Hawley asked. “That distinctions between male and female are a violation of church and state?”

Judges have to be able to administer these laws,” Wise responded. “If the direction, and I have to tell you, I work really hard to get it right, to do exactly what Congress tells me to do and the legislature tells me to do, and as a result, if a doctor finds it difficult to identify at the moment of birth for certain children-,” causing Hawley to interject and ask, “Is a law that distinguishes between male and female a violation of church and state?”

“You say ‘When legislators blur the lines of church and state and enact laws that permit or prohibit conduct based on biologic[al] gender as only male or female… they place an impossible burden on the judiciary,” Hawley continued. “So this is a First Amendment violation?”

“When you are telling judges that in order to-,” Wise said before Hawley cut in, saying, “I’m not telling you anything. I’m reading you your comments and asking you if you are still committed to them, and it sounds like you are.”

“I have to tell you, I think these positions are insane,” Hawley said. “I think that the idea laws based on the distinction between male and female are a violation of church and state is insane. Totally insane. I think the idea that laws that would say women’s locker rooms are protected from biological men, that those are impermissible, that’s insane, but that’s what you say in this article. You’re going to have to recuse yourself from a lot of cases, aren’t you?”

Texas Goes OFF On Biden’s Big Lie

Democratic President Joe Biden has been charged by Texas leadership officials with “turning Hurricane Beryl into a political issue.”

Biden was attacked by the office of Republican Governor Greg Abbott for allegedly telling “a complete lie” when he claimed that the White House could not “track down the governor” to talk about a storm response. Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick called the assertion “the hurricane hoax by Biden.”

Early on Monday, Beryl touched down on the coast of Texas. As of right now, the storm is categorized as a weaker tropical depression. When it touched down in Texas, millions of people lost power and severe flooding resulted.

As of Wednesday morning, PowerOutage.us reported that about 1.7 million people in the state—mostly in the southeast—still lacked electricity.

On Tuesday, Biden stated to the left-leaning Houston Chronicle that the White House’s inability to “track down” state leaders was the reason his administration had not been able to promptly send emergency aid to Texas after the storm made landfall. Biden stated that in an attempt to get a formal request for a major disaster declaration, his administration had been attempting to communicate with the governor.

“I’ve been trying to track down the governor to see — I don’t have any authority to do that without a specific request from the governor,” Biden alleged.

The Democrat president’s proposal was first published by The Chronicle, which supported Biden earlier this year, without state leaders’ input. Additionally, a line that was in its report has since been deleted.

A White House spokesperson allegedly “said officials tried to reach Abbott and Patrick multiple times,” presumably without success, according to the original report. Officials from Lone Star State have denounced Biden’s proposal and the Chronicle’s article as untrue.

On Tuesday, Patrick and Governor Abbott retaliated, claiming that Biden was either lying or experiencing one of his well-known mental breakdowns.

Abbott left for Asia on Friday with the goal of developing and bolstering business ties with South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Lt. Gov. Patrick has been representing the people of Texas as their acting governor until Abbott’s return on Saturday.

Patrick declared a state of disaster on July 5, a few days before the storm made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane. This action approved the use of all state resources to “cope with this disaster.”

On Tuesday, the governor’s office verified that Patrick had taken it a step further and had communicated with Biden.

Patrik asked for a federal disaster declaration through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) during the conversation with Biden. FEMA approved the request for assistance.

Patrick said:

“This is a load of malarkey, and he’s shoveling it!” On Wednesday morning, Patrick further called out “Biden’s lie.”

Americans ERUPT After Biden Doubles Down On Evil

The White House has restated its stance against prohibiting sex change procedures for minors despite facing criticism from LGBT activist groups, as reported by the Advocate. Last week, the Biden administration issued a statement expressing its disapproval of sex change surgeries for minors while still endorsing gender procedures for transgender individuals, according to the Advocate’s report on Wednesday.

Following this announcement, the administration received immediate pushback from various LGBT activist organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign, which strongly disagreed with the administration’s position. This week, the White House clarified its stance by emphasizing its opposition to bans on transgender sex change surgeries, while maintaining that minors should not undergo life-altering transition surgeries.

In a leaked email shared on X Tuesday morning, LGBT activists claimed credit for prompting the White House’s clarification. The email thread, originating from the Whitman-Walker Institute and PACT and shared by health and science journalist Benjamin Ryan, commended the administration for reaffirming its opposition to bans on care for transgender youth and recognizing that decisions regarding such procedures should be made by patients, providers, and families.

The Whitman-Walker Institute is a coalition of nonprofit organizations dedicated to LGBT advocacy, while Partnering and Communicating Together (PACT) is a collaborative initiative funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Division of HIV Prevention, along with other organizations representing populations affected by HIV.

“We will continue to vigorously fight categorical bans on gender affirming care in the courts, including the Supreme Court, and we will fight back hard against partisan laws being pushed by extreme Republican elected officials that target Americans just for who they are,” the clarified White House statement read

The statement from the White House reiterated the widely held belief that sex change surgeries are typically only performed on adults. However, a study published in JAMA in 2023 revealed that between 2016 and 2020, a total of 3,215 individuals aged 12 to 18 underwent sex change surgeries, including breast or chest procedures. Additionally, 405 patients in the same age group underwent other genital surgeries during this time frame.

While double mastectomies are the most common type of sex change surgery for teenagers and young adults, there are more than fifteen different types of procedures available, some of which involve altering body parts while others focus on changing facial features. The process of undergoing a sex change surgery involves obtaining informed consent, having a history of “gender incongruence,” undergoing a mental health evaluation, and receiving hormone therapy, as outlined by the Cleveland Clinic.

Biden Issues Direct Threat To Fellow Democrats

There is an increasing demand for President Joe Biden to relinquish his position and allow another candidate to run as the Democrats’ presidential nominee. However, Biden is countering those calls with a challenge.

Speaking to MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Monday, the president insisted, “The American public is not going to move away from me as the average voter.”

“And, again, I’m here for two reason pal!” he yelled. “One, to rebuild the economy for hard working middle class people… everybody gets a fair chance, number one. Number two, remember all this talk about how I don’t have the Black support? Come on! Give me a break. Come with me! Watch! Watch!”

He added, “I’m getting so frustrated by the elites — I’m not talking about you guys — but by the elites in the party. They know so much more. Any of these guys [who] don’t think I should run, run against me, announce for the presidency, challenge me at the convention!”

Joe Biden Caught HIDING The Numbers…

President Joe Biden has achieved significant job growth figures throughout his term in office, especially with the upcoming election looming. However, a concern arises as the Bureau of Labor Statistics has had to repeatedly revise the numbers due to overinflation, as highlighted by Issues And Insights.

“Last month, for example, BLS said that the economy created 272,000 jobs, which the media branded as ‘whopping,’ ‘robust,’ ‘vigorous,’ and a ‘blowout.’ Economists had expected 190,000 new jobs in May,” the report said.

“But on Friday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics admitted that it had overestimated job gains in May by 20%, with the new figure just barely above economists’ expectations. The change barely got a mention in the press,” it said.

The bureau initially projected job growth to be 175,000 in April, but later revised it down by almost 38 percent to 108,000. Similarly, in January, the agency announced the creation of 353,000 new jobs, only to reduce that number by nearly 100,000 later on. Furthermore, February’s job numbers were slashed by almost 40,000. This year, almost a quarter of a million “new jobs” have disappeared, highlighting a recurring trend during Biden’s presidency.

“Why? One big reason is the statistical models the BLS uses to fill in gaps in its survey of businesses have been misfiring. Here’s how Bloomberg explains it,” Issues And Insights said in its report:

“A chunk of the potential overestimation of payrolls stems from adjustments the agency makes to the monthly employment report to account for the net amount of businesses opening and going under, Wong and Knapp say. Because the BLS only surveys existing establishments, it uses a so-called birth-death model to estimate those flows.”

‘The labor market saw a turning point sometime in the second half of 2023,’ Wong said. ‘Business closures surged, while new business formations slowed sharply.’

“As a result, the BLS overestimated job growth by about 60,000 each month last year,” the report said.

The “jobs created” data, however, does not warrant as much jubilation as the White House would like you to think. A significant portion of these new positions are either part-time or secondary and tertiary jobs individuals have resorted to in order to cope with the effects of “Bidenomics.”

“BLS data show that there are 319,000 more adults working multiple jobs today than there were a year ago. Multiple job-holders now account for 5.2% of those employed, up from 4.4% when Biden took office,” the report said.

“All of which helps to explain why, when 1.3 million jobs were supposedly created this year, the number of unemployed climbed by almost 700,000 and the unemployment rate went from 3.7% to 4.1%,” it said.

“And this is to say nothing of the fact that most of the jobs created went to foreign-born, not native Americans, and real wages are lower today than they were when Biden took office,” it said.

During a rally in Wisconsin, President Joe Biden made another verbal slip when he stated that he remains the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.

“There’s been a lot of speculation: What’s Joe going to do? Is he going to stay in the race? Is he going to drop out?” he said to the crowd in a 17-minute speech.

“Here’s my answer: I’m running and going to win again,” he said before having his brain freeze.

“I’m the nominee of the Democratic Party,” the president said to the crowd who gathered in a middle school gym. “You voted for me to be your nominee — no one else.

“Some folks don’t seem to care who you voted for. Guess what? They are trying to push me out of the race. Let me say this as clearly as I can: I’m staying in the race,” the president said.

“I will beat Donald Trump,” he said. “I will beat him again in 2020.”

Americans ERUPT After Crosses Banned From Fourth of July Parade

The residents of Couer d’Alene, Idaho were shocked to discover that the Chamber of Commerce had chosen to prohibit religious symbols and flags in the yearly Independence Day procession. Witness the events that unfolded during the parade in the video below.

“America was founded as a Christian nation. So why is one local Independence Day parade restricting Christian expression for participants,” asked Titus Folks, vice president of the Idaho Family Policy Center. “We were shocked when we learned that the Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce recently changed their policies to prohibit religious symbols and flags in their annual 4th of July parade.”

Folks correctly pointed out that “it’s impossible to celebrate America without fully embracing our nation’s – and our state’s – Christian heritage.”

“Christians should be free to respectfully proclaim the Gospel, the Cross of Christ, and the Christian flag,” he wrote in a scathing message to the Chamber. “This is ESPECIALLY true at celebrations of the United States of America.”

The residents expressed their confusion over the Chamber’s insensitive announcement.

“This isn’t San Francisco,” one resident wrote. “This is North Idaho, and many of us live here because we honor the traditional American values that seem to be disappearing elsewhere. With all due respect – you really should be in better touch with the community you serve.”

The ban imposed by the Chamber of Commerce was later lifted due to the backlash from the local community. Chamber president Linda Coppess clarified that their decision was not intended to alienate anyone or to be seen as anti-religious. However, it is hard to reconcile her statement with the fact that the policy specifically targeted religious entities. The Chamber’s attempt at an apology only managed to upset more individuals.

“This year, we introduced guidelines to ensure we honor America’s military and not open the door to offensive displays,” she wrote. “While we understand the significance of various symbols, we intend to keep the parade welcoming for everyone.”

It suggests that a cross or any religious symbol could be seen as offensive. The Idaho Tribune, a rapidly expanding conservative news outlet, commended individuals for attending the parade with American flags and wooden crosses.

“We the People have had enough of the anti-Christ tyrants that are in control of Coeur d’Alene. CHRIST IS KING,” the newspaper wrote on X.

“As a person of deep faith, the recent events and accusations have been especially heartbreaking,” Coppess said. “Our goal for the Fourth of July American Heroes Parade is to create a celebration that honors our military, fosters family-friendly fun, and respects all attendees.”

Trump Unleashes Secret Weapon For 2024

Former President Donald Trump is opting for the more strategic approach. Following the recent Presidential debate, the Democrats are facing a downward spiral. President Joe Biden, their candidate, has lost the trust of the American people in his mental capacity to lead for another term. Despite conservative media openly discussing Biden’s cognitive decline, mainstream media has been trying to protect him. However, Biden’s poor performance in Atlanta was so evident that even they could not ignore or distort the truth about his mental state.

Following the debate, all the pundits from the ruling elite started urging Biden to withdraw. It was clear to them that Biden is no match for Trump in November. Trump, for the most part, has refrained from getting involved. Apart from a few memes and videos right after the debate, he has remained largely silent on Biden’s mental decline, a narrative he often emphasized before.

The probable outcome stems from two main factors. Firstly, Trump is aware that his chances of reclaiming the White House in 2024 are higher if Biden is his opponent. Currently, the Republican Party has effectively pinned the country’s issues on Biden. He is blamed for the rising costs of groceries, gas, and utilities. It is because of Biden that we are facing the risk of World War III and dealing with a surge of illegal immigration at the southern border.

If Trump were to support Biden’s removal or indirectly validate the Democrats’ efforts to sideline him due to his age, it would only pave the way for a less controversial replacement. Ironically, Trump actually relies on Biden being in the race. This is not to suggest that Trump couldn’t defeat another Democratic candidate, but it would be more challenging to shift the existing narrative that is firmly associated with Biden.

Additionally, Trump has shown great self-control. While he maintains his charismatic New Yorker persona from 2015, he has also incorporated a level of restraint. This was evident during the CNN debate, where he allowed Biden to speak freely, knowing that it would ultimately work against him. In 2020, Trump strategically interrupted Biden at times, preventing him from being exposed. In a sense, his interjections actually helped Biden.
