Top Legal Expert Sounds RED ALERT Over What Trump’s Judge Just Did

The jury commenced their deliberations on Wednesday in the momentous trial of ex-President Donald Trump. Judge Juan Merchan provided the jury with instructions to impartially assess the case’s evidence, urging them to disregard any preconceived notions about Trump and to abstain from making presumptions regarding the potential penalty for the former president.

Merchan stated, “If [the] people satisfy their burden of proof you must find the defendant guilty,” indicating that it is the prosecution’s responsibility to establish Trump’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

“Merchan also cautioned the jury against convicting Trump based only on Michael Cohen’s testimony, Trump’s former fixer, as Cohen was an accomplice. If they believe it is supported by additional data, they may utilize it anyway,” Axios reported.

The complexity of the case and the numerous counts may result in deliberations lasting for several days. In the event that the jury is unable to reach a unanimous decision, a mistrial will be declared. Legal analyst Andy McCarthy from Fox News observed Judge Merchan’s jury instructions and expressed his belief that they were inaccurate.

WATCH: Fox Reporter Directly Confronts Biden’s Press Sec.

Peter Doocy, the White House correspondent for Fox News, directly inquired whether the White House is experiencing a state of panic regarding President Joe Biden’s concerning polling figures leading up to the November election. In reference to a Politico article titled “Dems in full-blown ‘freakout’ over Biden,” Doocy highlighted Democrats’ apprehensive attitude towards the potential consequences of the 2024 election as a result of the president’s poor polling performance.

“Are you guys here at the White House in full-blown freakout mode?” Doocy asked during Tuesday’s press briefing.

“What are you talking about?” the press secretary asked. “What are you talking about, Peter?”

“There’s a Politico story, it sounds like Democrats outside, the quote is ‘Biden’s stubbornly poor polling and the stakes of the election are creating the freakout,’” Doocy continued.

It’s Officially OVER For Joe Biden…

Memorial Day signifies the halfway point before voters make their way to the polls, and as the presidential campaigns kick off in full swing, former President Donald Trump currently holds a nationwide advantage over President Joe Biden, reversing the outcome observed on Memorial Day 2023.

Heading into Memorial Day in 2020, these top 3 polls had the breakdown as follows:

Morning Consult:
Biden +2
May 20-22, 2023

Quinnipiac University:
Biden +2
May 18-22, 2023

RMG Research:
Biden +1
May 22-24, 2023

Four years later, the polls are painting a MUCH different picture:

HarrisX/Harris Poll:
Trump +8
May 15-16, 2024

Echelon Insights:
Trump +5
May 13-16, 2024

YouGov:
Trump +1
May 19-21, 2024

People seem to have already formed their opinions about Biden. His approval rating has consistently stayed below 40 percent since 2022, currently at 35 percent compared to 38 percent last Memorial Day. Historically, presidents typically require a 50 percent approval rating to secure reelection.

Various political factors have come into play since last May. These factors include: (1) Trump facing multiple indictments; (2) Hamas launching an attack on Israel on October 7; (3) Americans grappling with the high costs in Biden’s economy, a key concern for voters; and (4) the southern border emerging as a significant issue for voters.

These factors seem to have either harmed Biden or benefited Trump. Democrats have expressed dissatisfaction with Biden’s handling of the events on October 7. Biden is being held responsible for the slow economic growth on Main Street and the ongoing migration issues, while Trump has gained momentum due to the indictments.

These factors have seemingly made Trump’s presidency more appealing.

Breaking: Hollywood Star Comes Out SWINGING For Donald Trump

During a recent conversation with Jordan Peterson to discuss the upcoming biopic Reagan, renowned actor Dennis Quaid commended former President Donald Trump, describing him as “highly principled” and even “kind-hearted.” Quaid also highlighted Trump’s successes in foreign policy, particularly emphasizing the Abraham Accords.

“All the stuff that’s happening right now would not be happening,” under Trump’s Abraham Accords, said Quaid referring to the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. Quaid also agreed that Trump can be a bully when he needs to be — a positive attribute when dealing with hostile adversaries.

“I think [Trump] is very principled. He is very sweet and at the same time he can be [a bully about his beliefs],” the veteran actor said of the former president. “He did a great job raising his kids. They themselves are very principled.”

You Won’t BELIEVE What Hillary Is Blaming Her Loss On Now…

Hillary Clinton attributed the loss of female voters during her 2016 presidential campaign to her acknowledgment of not being flawless in a recent interview.

They left me because they just couldn’t take a risk on me because, as a woman, I’m supposed to be perfect,” she told the New York Times. The argument put forth was that women voters assumed a “risk” by supporting former President Donald Trump due to his gender.

“They were willing to take a risk on [Trump] — who had a long list of, let’s call them flaws, to illustrate his imperfection — because he was a man, and they could envision a man as president and commander-in-chief.”

The ex-first lady additionally expressed disapproval towards fellow Democrats for their failure to solidify abortion rights prior to the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade in 2022. “We didn’t take it seriously, and we didn’t understand the threat,” Clinton said. “Most Democrats, most Americans, did not realize we are in an existential struggle for the future of this country.”

“We could have done more to fight,” she added, likening the struggle for abortion access to women’s rights.

“Authoritarians, whether they be political or religious based, always go after women. It’s just written in the history, and that’s what will happen in this country.”

Trump Announces Where He Plans To End Up In Retirement

Former President Donald Trump recently disclosed an intriguing update regarding his upcoming endeavors. This revelation followed his endorsement from the National Rifle Association, marking yet another noteworthy development in Trump’s longstanding connection with gun enthusiasts.

“I want to move to Texas and I want to retire in Texas… a lot of people are moving to Texas,” said Trump.

It remains uncertain whether Trump’s statement was a definitive commitment or a show of solidarity towards his supporters. Nevertheless, it aligns with his previous choice to relocate from New York to Florida during his presidency. Trump’s decision to move to Mar-a-Lago in Florida was motivated not only by its pleasant climate but also its advantageous tax benefits – a practical move that he might contemplate once again with Texas.

During the convention, Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) passionately rallied thousands of attendees, urging them to vote for Trump in the upcoming 2024 presidential race to protect their Second Amendment rights. The convention hall buzzed with excitement as Trump and Abbott addressed a multitude of NRA members, many of whom sported the iconic red caps and attire adorned with images of the former president.

“The NRA has stood with me from the very beginning, and with your vote, I will stand strong for your rights and liberties,” Trump said. “I heard it a few weeks ago that if gun owners voted, we would swamp them at levels that nobody’s ever seen before. I think you’re a rebellious bunch, but let’s be rebellious and vote this time.”

Trump also praised Governor Abbott for his actions in transporting migrants from the Texas-Mexico border to major cities such as New York, Chicago, and Denver. As a result, Abbott gained national recognition and was honored as one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential individuals.

“We’re also grateful to be joined by a very special man. He’s a hot politician, very hot,” Trump remarked about Abbott. “You’re a hot politician, Greg. You know why he’s hot… because he’s doing a good job.”

“Now more than ever, we must fight to protect our Second Amendment rights. According to the NRA, Texas has passed more significant Second Amendment protections than any other state,” Abbot said over the weekend.

Top Trump Enemy MELTS DOWN After Big Endorsement

Nikki Haley, a previous contender for the GOP presidential nomination, faced criticism for her announcement on Wednesday that she intends to support former President Donald Trump over President Joe Biden in the upcoming general election in November. Former Representative Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), who is now a CNN commentator, expressed his disapproval by describing her decision as “pathetic.” This assessment echoed sentiments expressed by other media outlets in the aftermath of Haley’s statement.

Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley exited the Republican presidential primary race in March, paving the way for Trump to secure the GOP nomination. Despite not formally endorsing Trump at the time, Haley acknowledged his likely nomination as the Republican candidate for the July convention.

During her 2024 campaign, Haley strategically emphasized policy matters over attacking her opponents or critiquing their characters. According to The Hill report, although she did not endorse the former president, Haley ultimately decided to support him due to their shared policy stances, aiming to avoid the public policy disagreements that had previously characterized her image.

“As a voter, I put my priorities on a president who’s going to have the backs of our allies and hold our enemies to account, who would secure the border, no more excuses,” Haley said at the Hudson Institute, a conservative think tank. “A president who would support capitalism and freedom, a president who understands we need less debt not more debt.”

“Trump has not been perfect on these policies. I’ve made that clear, many, many times. But Biden has been a catastrophe. So, I will be voting for Trump,” she declared.

Haley has previously expressed her belief that selecting Trump as the GOP 2024 candidate would be detrimental to the United States, comparing it to a self-inflicted harm, due to his legal complications.

SHOCK: Biden Authorized Deadly Use of Force Against Trump

President Joe Biden’s Justice Department reportedly had plans to use lethal force during the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump’s south Florida club and residence in August 2022. Recently obtained documents shared on the social media platform X suggest that agents were not only permitted to use their firearms at Trump’s Palm Beach Mar-a-Lago club, but also had medical personnel on standby to attend to potential injuries.

Despite the intense preparations, no shots were actually fired during the execution of the search warrant on August 8, 2022, as part of the government’s investigation into classified documents. The DOJ seemed prepared to resort to deadly force against anyone obstructing the operation, creating a tense atmosphere reminiscent of a Waco-like standoff. RealClear Investigations’ Julie Kelly disclosed unsealed documents detailing the instructions provided to agents prior to the Mar-a-Lago raid.

One of the documents stated, “Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary …”

It added that agents “planned to bring ‘Standard Issue Weapon[s],’ ‘Ammo,’ ‘Handcuffs,’ and ‘medium and large sized bolt cutters,’ but they were instructed to wear ‘unmarked polo or collared shirts’ and to keep ‘law enforcement equipment concealed.’”

Kelly shared another document that claimed agents were instructed to exercise caution in the presence of media cameras. Additionally, they were advised to be prepared for a potential confrontation with Trump and his Secret Service detail.

“Should [Trump] arrive at [Mar-a-Lago], [federal agents] will be prepared to engage with [Trump] and [Secret Service] Security Team.”

Additionally, per Kelly, agents were given directives on when to use “deadly force.”

Boom! Trump Just CRUSHED Biden’s Entire Campaign

President Joe Biden and the Democratic National Committee entered the 2024 election cycle with a clear financial advantage over potential GOP nominee Donald Trump and a struggling Republican National Committee. However, there seems to be a rapid change in the situation. In April, Trump and the RNC managed to raise $76 million, surpassing Biden and the DNC’s $51 million. This shift in fundraising can be attributed to the RNC’s recent progress, especially with Lara Trump, Trump’s daughter-in-law, now co-leading the committee.

Despite this setback, Biden’s reelection campaign still holds a significant amount of cash-on-hand. As of the end of last month, they reported having $192 million, which they claim is the highest amount ever for a Democratic candidate. However, it is worth noting that this figure is similar to what was reported at the end of the first quarter in March. This suggests that the campaign might be spending funds at the same rate they are raising them, as reported by The Associated Press.

“April’s totals were also down sharply from March, when the president’s campaign and the DNC announced taking in more than $90 million,” the AP added.

Biden and his party have consistently surpassed his predecessor in fundraising efforts. However, Trump experienced a significant surge in fundraising during April, thanks to a remarkable $50.5 million raised at a single donor event held at billionaire investor John Paulson’s residence in Palm Beach, Florida.

In response to a March fundraiser featuring former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama at New York’s Radio City Music Hall, where Biden’s campaign raised $26 million, Trump organized the event at John Paulson’s home. Looking ahead, Biden’s campaign is planning a major fundraiser in Los Angeles next month, which will showcase Hollywood stars George Clooney and Julia Roberts. According to the AP, Trump and the GOP raised over $65.6 million in March and concluded the month with $93.1 million in cash.

Last month, First Lady Melania Trump regained the spotlight as she hosted a fundraising event for her husband’s campaign at their Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. Photos shared by Breitbart News captured various moments during the event, including Melania posing with group leaders Ric Grenell, Bill White, and Bryan Eure from the Log Cabin Republicans. This event marked Melania’s first fundraiser of the cycle. During the event, Grenell, who previously served as the Director of National Intelligence in Trump’s administration and became the first openly gay U.S. cabinet official in history, expressed confidence that Trump would secure the votes of gay voters in 2024.

“Donald Trump deserves our vote,” Grenell said in quotes provided to Breitbart News. “He is the best candidate for our safety, security, and prosperity. He sees you as 100 percent equal.”

During the event, Grenell made a forecast that Trump, aided by his spouse, will secure a minimum of 50 percent of the homosexual electorate in 2024. Eure, a notable personality within the Log Cabin Republicans and senior vice president at Willis Towers Watson, reiterated this notion, emphasizing that gay voters are progressively aligning themselves with wider demographics. Their focus has shifted towards matters such as the economy and public safety.

“We have seen four years of President Trump and almost four years of President Biden. No person with common sense, regardless of their sexual orientation, can honestly say they’re better off now, under Biden, than they were with President Trump,” Eure said, per Breitbart. “We are so blessed to have such a gorgeous and generous first lady stand by our side.”

Federal Judge Smacks DOWN Biden’s Gun Grab

On Sunday night, a federal judge granted a temporary block on a background check rule that was recently issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Attorney General Merrick Garland had announced this rule on April 10, stating that it was based on a bipartisan legislation passed after a tragic school shooting in Uvalde, Texas.

The temporary restraining order was issued by United States District Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk of the Northern District of Texas, and it will remain in effect until June 2. This rule aimed to broaden the definition of individuals considered “engaged in business” as gun dealers, thereby increasing the number of people required to undergo background checks. In response to the rule, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and several other Republican state attorneys general filed a lawsuit on May 1 to prevent its enforcement.

“I am relieved that we were able to secure a restraining order that will prevent this illegal rule from taking effect,” Paxton said in a press release. “The Biden Administration cannot unilaterally overturn Americans’ constitutional rights and nullify the Second Amendment.”

The Biden administration has implemented various firearm regulations after the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act was enacted in June 2022 in response to the tragic shooting at Ross Elementary School in Uvalde. A coalition of states, including Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming, have come together to challenge these regulations, as stated in a press release issued on May 1 by Republican Attorney General Austin Knudsen of Montana.

“President Biden and his anti-gun administration have aggressively pursued an agenda meant to harass, intimidate, and criminalize gun owners and dealers at every turn,” Gun Owners of America Senior Vice President Erich Pratt said. “This ruling is a compelling rebuke of their tyrannical and unconstitutional actions that purposely misinterpreted federal law to ensure their preferred policy outcome.”

“We will continue the fight to ensure that this administration never succeeds in their goal of building a comprehensive database of firearm transaction records, which this rule would have been critical to accomplishing,” Pratt continued.
