Hackers Announce TERRIFYING Update Right Before Election

Consider the implications of discovering potential vulnerabilities in voting machines that may be exploited. Now, envision the unsettling realization that these vulnerabilities cannot be addressed prior to the presidential election on November 5, as indicated by a recent report.

This situation unfolded in Las Vegas over the weekend, where some of the most skilled hackers convened to attempt unauthorized access to voting machines, with the aim of assisting officials in identifying and rectifying these security flaws, as reported by Politico.

Unfortunately, they found that any necessary corrections to these issues would not be feasible before the upcoming election in November. Each August, the DEF CON conference brings together top hackers to uncover flaws in voting technology. However, due to the intricate nature of the remediation process, no solutions are typically implemented until the subsequent election cycle.

This year’s election is perceived with heightened scrutiny.

This shift in perception is partly attributed to fears regarding foreign interference with the voting machines, as well as the unverified allegations of fraud in the 2020 election made by President Donald Trump. Such claims have significantly undermined confidence in the electoral system among his supporters.

“As far as time goes, it is hard to make any real, major, systemic changes, but especially 90 days out from the election,” said Catherine Terranova, one of the organizers of the DEF CON “Voting Village” event.

The annual event, which has been conducted for nearly ten years, revealed “multiple pages” of potential vulnerabilities, according to Harri Hursti, co-founder of Voting Village.

The organizers intend to release a report detailing the findings from this year’s event. While Hursti did not specify the exact issues identified, he noted that they were consistent with previously discovered problems.

In 2016, Russian hackers targeted the Democratic presidential campaign and compromised voter registration databases across several U.S. states. This year, the campaign of former President Donald Trump experienced a hacking incident, which was attributed to Iran.

“If you don’t think this kind of place is running 24/7 in China, Russia, you’re kidding yourselves,” Hursti said, referring to the hackers’ work with voting equipment. “We are here only for two and a half days, and we find stuff…it would be stupid to assume that the adversaries don’t have absolute access to everything.”

Elon Musk, who has endorsed Trump, posted about the issue on X, formerly Twitter, saying, “Uhh … what? Let’s use paper ballots!”

Trump Announces HUGE Lawsuit… Biden Is Furious

Former President Donald Trump plans to initiate legal action against the Department of Justice, alleging “political persecution” related to the raid conducted at Mar-a-Lago in 2022, as reported by Fox News.

On August 8, 2022, the FBI executed a search warrant at Trump’s residence in Palm Beach, Florida, in pursuit of evidence concerning his purported unlawful retention of classified documents.

Fox News has acquired a memorandum in which Trump asserts “tortious conduct by the United States against President Trump.” He aims to claim $100 million in damages for the raid and the ensuing legal proceedings.

Trump faces 37 felony charges, which include willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and making false statements. The Republican presidential candidate has entered a plea of not guilty to all allegations. Recently, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed all charges against Trump, stating that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appointment was unlawful.

“What President Trump is doing here is not just standing up for himself – he is standing up for all Americans who believe in the rule of law and believe that you should hold the government accountable when it wrongs you,” Trump’s attorney Daniel Epstein said.

According to the filing, the “tortious acts against the president are rooted in intrusion upon seclusion, malicious prosecution, and abuse of process resulting from the August 8, 2022, raid of his and his family’s home at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach Florida.”

He added the decisions made of the DOJ and FBI regarding the raid were “inconsistent with protocols requiring the consent of an investigative target, disclosure to that individual’s attorneys, and the use of the local U.S. Attorney’s Office.”

Epstein characterized the conduct of Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray as constituting “political persecution.”

Their decisions were not about “social, economic, and political policy” but instead, in “clear dereliction of constitutional principles, inconsistent standards as applied to” Trump and a “clear intent to engage in political persecution – not to advance good law enforcement practices.”

Epstein further claimed that the Department of Justice infringed upon Trump’s right to privacy.

Epstein said Trump “had a clear expectation of privacy at Mar-a-Lago. Worse, the FBI’s conduct in the raid – where established protocol was violated – constitutes a severe and unacceptable intrusion that is highly offensive to a reasonable person.”

Epstein additionally referenced the Supreme Court’s decision concerning a president’s immunity from prosecution for actions taken in an official capacity.

“As such, given the Supreme Court’s immunity decision and Judge Cannon’s dismissal of the prosecution on grounds that the Special Counsel’s appointment violated the appointments clause and his office was funded through an improper appropriation, there was no constitutional basis for the search or the subsequent indictment,” Epstein said.

Watch: JD Vance SLAMS ABC Reporter During Tense Interview

On Sunday, Republican Senator J.D. Vance of Ohio responded to ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl’s assertion that Vice President Kamala Harris was never designated as the “border czar.” Vance participated in several interviews that day, where he criticized Harris for her lack of engagement in interviews or press conferences since President Joe Biden announced the termination of his reelection campaign on July 21. During his exchange with Karl, Vance referenced former President Donald Trump’s commitment to deporting millions of undocumented immigrants and labeled Harris as the “border czar.”

“You know she’s not actually — she wasn’t the border czar, was she?” Karl asked.

“Oh, that was what the media called her, she assumed the title,” Vance said. “She had control over a lot of our border policy at a time when they were suspending deportations, let me finish, John, the time they were suspending deportations, they stopped Donald Trump’s remain in Mexico policy, and they re-instituted catch and release,” Vance responded, cutting off Karl’s attempt to interrupt him. “They basically threw open the gates of our country and now we have a ton of fentanyl, a ton of people suffering, and a ton of Americans—” Vance stated.

Breaking: Top Dem LEAVES Party, Flips To Republicans

A newly elected state legislator from California has declared her departure from the Democratic Party to join the Republican Party. California State Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil stated that she no longer aligns herself with the Democratic ideology. She contends that the party has shifted significantly to the Left in recent years.

“In the past two years that I’ve been working in the Senate, I have not recognized the party that I belong to,” she told The Steve Hilton Show.

“The Democratic Party is not the party that I signed up for decades ago.”

She has now aligned herself with the outnumbered Republican opposition in California, which is largely controlled by liberal Democrats.

“It’s not a very popular decision to leave a supermajority party where perhaps, you know, you have a lot more power and ability,” she said.

“But this is a decision that is right for the constituents that voted me into office.”

Alvarado-Gil serves a predominantly rural, Republican-leaning district in the state Senate, encompassing parts of Central California, including the cities of Modesto and Turlock. She successfully defeated a progressive Democrat in the general election after emerging from a non-partisan primary that featured numerous Republican candidates. Throughout her tenure in Sacramento, she has gained a reputation for her independent approach, particularly regarding crime-related issues.

In an interview with the Sacramento Bee, she expressed that her “last straw” occurred when Democrats compromised a series of stringent crime bills she endorsed by introducing “poison pill” amendments. Democrat State Senate President Pro Tem Mike McGuire remarked that her choice is “disappointing for voters” who supported her in the 2022 election.

“They trusted her to represent them, and she’s betrayed that trust,” he said in a statement.

“One silver lining is MAGA Republicans are gaining a pro-choice, pro-LGBTQ+ rights, anti-Trump colleague.

“We wish her the best of luck.”

Shock Video Shows Passenger Plane Fall Out Of The Sky

A passenger aircraft met with disaster in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Friday, as reported by The Associated Press (AP), referencing local media outlets.

The aircraft was designed to accommodate numerous passengers; however, the exact number of individuals on board at the time of the incident remains unclear, according to the AP. Voepass airlines released a statement in Portuguese indicating that there were 61 individuals on flight 2283, all of whom perished at the crash site. This total included 57 passengers and four crew members. The aircraft involved was an ATR-72 propeller-driven model. Initially, the airline had stated that the flight was carrying 62 people.

GloboNews, a Brazilian news organization, shared a video on social media depicting smoke billowing in the distance and offered an initial estimate of the number of individuals who were on the flight.

Just In: Creepy Tim Walz Spreads Total Hoax to Attack JD Vance

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) took to social media on Tuesday to share a crude sexual joke regarding Senator JD Vance (R-OH), shortly after incorporating it into his opening remarks while serving as Kamala Harris’s running mate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Breitbart News noted:

“I can’t wait to debate the guy,” Walz said, to cheers. Then he added: “That is, if he’s willing to get off the couch and show up.” The crowd roared with laughter. “You see what I did there?” he said, clearly aware of the joke. The joke refers to a meme that claims Vance had sex with a couch, based on a fake citation from his memoir, Hillbilly Elegy.”

Although Breitbart News and other outlets emphasized Walz’s use of the sexual joke, he took to social media to reiterate it with pride.

The left-leaning HuffPost expressed great enthusiasm, stating, “Tim Walz Delivers a Stunning ‘Couch’ Burn to JD Vance.” The Democratic ticket is not without genuine sexual controversies in its history. Vice President Kamala Harris commenced her political journey while in a relationship with Willie Brown, a prominent figure in California politics, who was married at that time.

Additionally, her spouse, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, has recently been revealed to have had an extramarital affair with the family nanny during his previous marriage. Emhoff has acknowledged the affair but has not clarified whether the nanny became pregnant, as has been reported.

Watch: J.D. Vance Gives Gives PERFECT Response To Biased Reporter

J.D. Vance, the Republican Vice Presidential nominee, is urging journalists to compel Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, to respond to inquiries.

Speaking to reporters aboard a campaign plane, Vance said, “I know most of you, I like all of you as people… I think that you guys have got to do a better job at actually forcing Kamala Harris to answer questions.”

“This is a person who’s been the presumptive Democrat nominee for 16 days, she hasn’t taken a single real question from a reporter,” he continued. “The American people deserve to get to know the people who want to lead them.”

He added, “And I think it’s shameful for Kamala Harris, but increasingly for the media that she’s taking a basement strategy of running from reporters instead of getting in front of them, answering tough questions about her record, and letting the American people know who she is.”

Trump Reveals Surprise Call After Attack During Speech

Following the assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, former President Donald Trump received an unexpected phone call. Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, reportedly contacted him with some intriguing remarks for the former president.

During an interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Trump discussed his iconic image of raising a fist after the assassination attempt, at which point he disclosed this information.

“Then they said that the picture wasn’t altered. First they said it was altered, then they said, no, it was a bug, it was a mistake. But my point is that these companies would not allow any information out about what happened,” the host said.

“So, Mark Zuckerberg calls me. First of all, he called me a few times. He called me after the event and said, ‘That was really amazing, it was really brave,’ and, you know, he actually announced he’s not going to support a Democrat because he can’t, because he respected me for what I did that day,” the former president said.

“I think what I did maybe was, to me, a normal response, but I was called by Mark Zuckerberg yesterday, the day before, on this same subject, and he actually apologized, he said they made a mistake, et cetera, et cetera, correcting the mistake. Google, nobody called from Google,” he said.

“One of the things, doing a show like yours, your show, you know, you see it on FOX, but what you really see it is all over the place. They take clips of your show, of what you’re doing right now with me, and if I do a good job, they are going to vote for me. They are going to vote for me because it’s not just on FOX, it’s on — FOX is a smaller part of it own. You’re all over those little beautiful cell phones, you’re all over the place. You have a product. You have a great product. You have a great brand. So you have to get out. You have to get out, you have to do things like your show and other shows,” the former president said.

“And Google has been very bad. They’ve been very irresponsible. And I have a feeling that Google is going to be close to shut down because I don’t think Congress is going to take it. I really don’t think so. Google has to be careful. Now, I will say this. I believe Mark Zuckerberg, he called me a lot. I think they fixed it and he’s not doing what he did four years ago with $500 million, I don’t believe,” he said.

Top Dem THREATENS Supreme Court

It seems that Democrats only advocate for respecting institutions that align with their agenda, as evidenced by their lack of respect for the conservative majority Supreme Court. Senate Majority Leader Charles Schumer has made a concerning promise regarding his Party’s potential actions after the elections.

“The Supreme Court has become a morass, both ethically and substantively,” he said to NBC News. “We’re going to look at everything. There are lots of proposals.”

The Senate Majority Leader stated that should his Party gain control of the White House and both chambers of Congress, significant alterations to the court would be implemented.

“Without the support of Republicans, Democrats’ plans to implement an enforceable ethics code mandating justices disclose all gifts and financial contributions, as well as strict rules for recusing themselves from cases, are almost impossible to implement,” The Washington Examiner reported.

“Schumer said Democrats also plan to pursue President Joe Biden’s stated goal of instituting 18-year term limits for justices, as well as an end to ‘forum shopping,’ a practice in which litigants choose to have their cases heard before friendly judges in specific divisions,” the report said.

“The majority leader introduced a bill on Thursday called the ‘No Kings Act’ to roll back the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling. If successful, this would mean that a president would not be immune from prosecution for ‘official acts,’” it said.

The Majority Leader of the Senate displayed his displeasure at the conservative nature of the court, suggesting that he would not have approved if the Democrats held a 6-3 majority.

On Monday, Republicans expressed their disapproval of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s long-term plan to reform the Supreme Court, arguing that it serves to politicize the judicial system.

“President Biden and I are calling on Congress to pass important reforms – from imposing term limits for Justices’ active service, to requiring Justices to comply with binding ethics rules just like every other federal judge. These popular reforms will help to restore confidence in the Court, strengthen our democracy, and ensure no one is above the law,” Harris said in a statement.

“The proposals include an 18-year term limit and requirements that justices disclose gifts, avoid political activity, and recuse themselves over conflicts of interest. They also pitched a constitutional amendment that would rescind the Supreme Court’s July finding that presidents have presumed immunity for the core functions of their office,” the New York Post reported.

Joe Biden CAVES To America’s Enemies

US prosecutors have come to an agreement with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks, as announced by the Pentagon on Wednesday. This arrangement reportedly includes a guilty plea that would allow him to avoid a trial that could result in the death penalty.

The agreements reached with Mohammed and two other co-defendants advance their protracted legal proceedings toward a conclusion. These cases have been mired in pre-trial complexities for several years, with the defendants held at the Guantanamo Bay military facility in Cuba. According to a statement from the Pentagon, specific details of the agreement will not be disclosed at this time. However, the New York Times has reported that Mohammed, along with Walid bin Attash and Mustafa al-Hawsawi, has consented to plead guilty to conspiracy in exchange for a life sentence, thereby circumventing a trial that could lead to capital punishment.

This proposal was outlined by prosecutors in a letter last year, but it has elicited mixed reactions from the families of the nearly 3,000 victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks, with some advocating for the defendants to face the death penalty. Much of the legal debate surrounding these cases has revolved around the fairness of a trial, given that the defendants were subjected to systematic torture by the CIA in the aftermath of 9/11—a complex issue that the plea agreements help to sidestep.

Mohammed is considered one of the most trusted and astute associates of Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden, having been captured in Pakistan in March 2003. He spent three years in clandestine CIA detention before being transferred to Guantanamo in 2006. The trained engineer has claimed responsibility for orchestrating the 9/11 attacks “from A to Z” and has been linked to several significant plots against the United States, where he had previously studied.

In addition to orchestrating the attacks that led to the collapse of the Twin Towers, Mohammed has asserted that he personally executed US journalist Daniel Pearl in 2002 and was involved in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, which resulted in six fatalities.
