SHOCK: Democrat Leader Launches Nasty Attack On Christians

(TStarnes) – Michigan Democrats are using Monday night’s tragic shooting at Michigan State University (MSU) as an excuse to attack gun rights in America.

Michigan House Majority Whip Ranjeev Puri (D) began a statement following the shooting with “F–k your thoughts and prayers.”

The representative added that thoughts and prayers are “meaningless” without gun control action.

“Thoughts and prayers without action and change are meaningless,” Puri said. “Our office will continue to work tirelessly to pass common sense gun reform immediately. We will not stop until our students can attend school without fear, our communities can attend places of worship in peace, and our society is safe from senseless gun violence.”

State Rep. Kelly Breen (D) retweeted Puri’s statement and repeated the “F–k your thoughts and prayers” line, adding, “Anyone offended at my language and NOT that kids are in a morgue can piss off.”

As a result of the shooting, three students are dead, and five more are reported to be in critical condition, Yahoo News reports.

The gunman, 43-year-old Anthony McRae, allegedly had no connection to MSU. Nearly three hours after the shooting, McRae fatally shot himself after being confronted by police.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), who is a fierce advocate for taking away Second Amendment rights, called shootings of this kind “a uniquely American problem.”

“This is a uniquely American problem. Too many of us scan rooms for exits when we enter them. We plan who that last text or call would go to. We should not, we cannot, accept living like this,” Whitmer said.

The governor also ordered U.S. and Michigan flags be lowered to half-staff on Tuesday and MSU has canceled classes until Feb. 20.
