(TStarnes) – Tweets, according to the fourth indictment against former President Trump and 18 co-defendants, are now cited as acts purportedly made “in furtherance of the conspiracy.”
Twelve of Trump’s tweets, and one from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, were cited as illegal actions at the culmination of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ almost three-year investigation.
When Trump tweeted, “Georgia hearings now on @OANN. Amazing!” on Dec. 3, 2020, the 98-page, 41 count indictment handed down in the dead of night by a Fulton County, Georgia grand jury concludes that was “an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.”
National radio host Todd Starnes posted on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter: “Georgia DA: Tweeting is now a criminal offense.”

On or about the 6th day of January 2021, DONALD JOHN TRUMP caused to be tweeted from the Twitter account @RealDonaldTrump, “If Vice President @Mike_Pence comes through for us, we will Win the Presidency. Many States want to decertify the mistake they made in certifying incorrect & even fraudulent numbers in a process NOT approved by their State Legislatures (which it must be). Mike can send it back!” This was an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.
Trump is being charged under Georgia’s RICO statute, which was designed to dismantle organized crime groups.
