Tech Billionaire Steps In To BUY Kamala Harris’ Loyalty

Reid Hoffman, a prominent figure in the tech industry who has previously visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, is gathering substantial campaign contributions from major Silicon Valley companies to support Vice President Kamala Harris’s bid for the presidency. Along with these donations, there are certain conditions attached, including calls for Harris to dismiss Lina Khan, the nation’s leading trust-buster at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and to eliminate tariffs on foreign imports in the United States.

Hoffman, known for co-founding LinkedIn and being a significant donor to the Democratic Party, is said to be organizing around $100 million from influential individuals in Silicon Valley to support Harris’s presidential campaign. During an interview with CNN, Hoffman expressed his desire for Harris to steer the U.S. back towards a free trade agreement that has been prevalent in Washington, DC, for many years — a move that has led to the displacement of numerous American jobs, particularly in the manufacturing industry.

Hoffman mentioned that he, along with other billionaire contributors, are unfazed by President Joe Biden and Harris’s efforts to increase corporate taxes as they believe the effect would be negligible.

“Trump wants tariffs which is anti-business … makes this a very strange election indeed because I think actually Vice President Harris is much more of the pro-business candidate than Trump and Vance,” Hoffman told CNN:

“I think what’s most important for business is stability of the country, unity, rule of law. And a percent difference in corporate tax … is far, far less important.”
