(SNews) – Democrat President Joe Biden has been caught telling a shameless lie during his address commemorating the 22nd anniversary of 9/11.
Biden’s truth-bending has become so frequent during his speeches that many Americans have noticed that the president exhibits a specific mannerism when he’s lying: His lips move.
While speaking to service members at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska on Monday, Biden’s lips were certainly moving.
During his speech, Biden went off-script and into a rambling story, falsely claiming he visited Ground Zero in New York City on the day after the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks.
Biden went on a tangent about gazing at the WTC rubble in lower Manhattan the day after the attack.
“General and tribal leaders and students of the sacred lands and family and distinguished guests, I join you on this solemn day to renew our sacred vow: never forget.

“Never forget. We never forget. Each of us,” he asserted, despite being the first president to snub the victims on the anniversary of the attacks.
“Each of those precious lives stolen too soon when evil attacked.
“Ground Zero in New York,” Biden continued as he started to drift away from his handlers’ pre-prepared statement.
“I remember standing there the next day and looking at the building,” he falsely claimed.
“I felt like I was looking through the gates of Hell, it looked so devastating, because the way you could, because of where you could stand.”

Biden’s comments were immediately hit with fact-checks.
Even corrupt left-wing “fact-checkers” like Snopes and leftist corporate media outlets such as CNN called Biden out on the false claims.
As many noted on social media, C-Span footage from September 12, 2001, shows Biden speaking on the Senate floor.
He spoke in favor of a joint resolution condemning the attacks.

However, while Biden did not visit Ground Zero the day after the attack, archive footage shows a certain New Yorker springing into action in the wake of 9/11.
Video from September 12, 2001, shows then-real estate mogul Donald Trump telling reporters he was personally visiting the site to survey the damage.
Trump blasted the “disgusting” attacks and revealed he was there spur on the “hundred men” he had sent down Ground Zero to help.
