The transgender assailant drove recklessly into a group of students participating in a pro-life demonstration in Richmond, Virginia. View the footage of the incident below.
“Sadly, the violence from the pro-abortion extremists is nothing new to The Pro-Life Generation,” said Students for Life president Kristan Hawkins. “Instead of offering logical arguments and peaceful conversations, the pro-abortion side resorted to what it is best at: intimidation tactics against those they know can’t or won’t fight back. This isn’t the first time, and it won’t be the last, as our history as a movement is filled with this intense opposition. We won’t allow these events to get intimidate us or get in our way.”
The individual in question, a 42-year-old male, was apprehended by law enforcement and was described as wearing a purple tank top along with a bright pink headband, as reported by The New York Post.
“We were nearing the end of the march and chanting ‘We are the pro-life generation’ and ‘we will abolish abortion’ with our megaphones,” Liberty University student Kelsey McCormack told Daily Signal. “Then I see the trans activist running and jumping, and waving the flag, come smash into the group and go after the big banner. The activist was also making a screaming/barking noise.”
“The messed up thing is if someone did this to one of the pro-choice protests or parades it would be all over the national news for days,” one observer noted on social media.
