Trump Lawyers Catch Fani Willis In Big LIE

According to an affidavit filed by Trump attorneys on Friday, cellphone data obtained from AT&T through a subpoena indicates that Nathan Wade may have made 35 trips to Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis’s Hapeville neighborhood, contradicting his testimony of only ten visits.

This filing raises the possibility that Wade may have committed perjury. The decision of whether to admit the affidavit and phone records into evidence will be made by Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee. It is worth noting that Wade is in a romantic relationship with Willis, who hired him as a prosecutor for the case against former President Donald Trump in the election interference case.

Trump and his codefendant, Mike Roman, have accused Willis of maintaining an inappropriate romantic relationship with Wade. Wade testified that his relationship with Willis began in 2022, after she initiated the case against Trump in 2021.

The affidavit directly contradicts that however:

“Trump’s lawyers relied on data collected from Wade’s cellphone and cellphone tower transmissions to track his movements. It seems to contradict Wade’s testimony last week in which he said he had visited Willis at her condo in Hapeville no more than 10 times before he was hired in November 2021. It also indicates Wade twice arrived late at night at the condo and left early the next morning in the months before Willis and Wade said their relationship became romantic early in 2022.

“Both Wade and Willis testified last week that they did not spend the night together at the Hapeville condo.

“The timeline is important for two reasons. If Willis and Wade were a couple before she hired him it raises the prospect that she may have violated at least the spirit of anti-nepotism rules, though Fulton’s policy specifically focuses on family members. More importantly, both Willis and Wade have testified under oath that the relationship began in 2022. If defense attorneys can prove that they lied under oath it could constitute perjury.”

In the affidavit, it is stated that Willis and Wade had a total of 2,000 phone calls between them in the initial 11 months of 2021. Additionally, they exchanged approximately 12,000 text messages. While testifying, Wade asserted that the cellphone records would be deemed inaccurate if they were in conflict with his testimony.

“So, if phone records were to reflect that you were making phone calls from the same location as the condo before Nov. 1 of 2021, and it was on multiple occasions, the phone records would be wrong?” a Trump lawyer asked Wade.

“If phone records reflected that? Yes, sir,” Wade replied.

“They’d be wrong?” Trump’s lawyer asked.

“They’d be wrong,” Wade said.

Widespread Cyberattack Takes Down Key American Systems

Reports indicate that pharmacies throughout the United States are currently experiencing widespread outages as a result of a significant cyberattack. Change Healthcare, a prominent healthcare technology company, disclosed that its network was targeted by a cybersecurity attack on Wednesday. The disruption is anticipated to persist for the entire day. The Tennessee-based company stated that it encountered enterprise-wide connectivity problems starting at 5 a.m. EST, necessitating the immediate disconnection of systems.

The company’s experts are actively working to resolve the cyber security issue. It is important to note that only Change Healthcare is affected, and all other systems within UnitedHealth Group remain operational. Change Healthcare plays a crucial role in managing orders and patient payments nationwide. The disruption is also impacting the ability to file claims for prescriptions, as reported by a pharmacy in New Bern, North Carolina. Customers at pharmacies are being requested to pay in cash, according to WCTI, which has received numerous calls from concerned viewers.

This cyberattack, initially detected on the company’s East Coast network early Wednesday morning, has significantly disrupted the normal operations of local pharmacies.

The disruptions in prescription processing are more than just inconveniences; they have a significant effect on patient care and the availability of essential medications. Following the merger with Optum, a major healthcare services provider, in 2022, Change Healthcare has been diligent in keeping stakeholders informed about the situation. In a recent statement at 11 am EST, Change Healthcare acknowledged that they are currently dealing with a cyber security problem, and their specialists are actively working to resolve the issue.

“Once we became aware of the outside threat, in the interest of protecting our partners and patients, we took immediate action to disconnect our systems to prevent further impact.

“At this time, we believe the issue is specific to Change Healthcare and all other systems across UnitedHealth Group are operational.

“The disruption is expected to last at least through the day.

“We will provide updates as more information becomes available.”

This afternoon, Security Week reported that Change Healthcare has revealed that an external threat was responsible for the disruption, leading the company to disconnect its systems in order to contain the incident. Although Change Healthcare did not specify the exact nature of the cyberattack it experienced, it is possible that ransomware was involved, as disconnecting affected systems from the network is a common response to such attacks.

In 2022, Change Healthcare merged with Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, resulting in the creation of one of the largest healthcare technology companies in the United States. As an organization, Change Healthcare manages payment processes for healthcare providers and payers nationwide.

With access to the medical records of approximately one-third of all US patients and handling billions of healthcare transactions annually, the disruption caused by the incident has had a significant impact on the healthcare system, leading to certain pharmacies being unable to process prescriptions.

“Due to a nationwide outage from the largest prescription processor in North America, we are currently unable to process prescriptions at any of our four locations of Scheurer Family Pharmacy,” Scheurer Health announced.

“We are still able to accept prescriptions, but unable to process them through your insurance.”

Reports have emerged of numerous major U.S. cities experiencing cell service blackouts across multiple networks on Thursday.

According to Slay News, the cell service disruptions have raised concerns about a potential coordinated cyberattack. The problem has resulted in AT&T iPhone users being restricted to SOS mode, limiting their ability to make calls solely to emergency services. Certain X users have indicated that their cities are completely devoid of service.

Service interruptions have been noted in various locations including New York, Boston, Washington, Montreal, Honolulu, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco.

Biden’s Brother CHANGES His Entire Story When Confronted

During a closed-door interview on Capitol Hill, James Biden’s public statements regarding his business activities were reportedly contradicted in private, according to a new report. Fox News, citing an anonymous source familiar with the interview, stated that James Biden, the younger brother of President Joe Biden, denied being involved in a deal with Hunter Biden and several business associates, including Rob Walker, Tony Bobulinski, and James Gilliar.

However, James Biden was later confronted with a signed agreement and admitted to having forgotten about it during the interview, as per the source disclosed to Fox. Republican Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona, without providing specific details, described the interview with James Biden as “interesting” and claimed that he had contradicted himself.

Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz was quick to speak out:

“Let me say this. So there are a lot of things that Mr. Biden is saying that are directly contradicted by documents,” Gaetz said, without providing details.

The duration of the voluntary interview, which formed a crucial part of the House impeachment inquiry against the president, extended for approximately eight hours.

During his initial statement, James Biden emphasized that Joe Biden had no involvement in his business ventures and never relied on his brother’s influence throughout his professional journey.

“I have had a 50-year career in a variety of business ventures,” James Biden said.

“Joe Biden has never had any involvement or any direct or indirect financial interest in those activities. None,” he said.

“I have never asked my brother to take any official action on behalf of me, my business associates or anyone else,” he said, according to The Hill.

He claimed that he didn’t use his “status as Joe Biden’s brother” in business dealings.

“Those who have said or thought otherwise were either mistaken, ill-informed, or flat-out lying,” he said.

“I have nothing to hide. With my appearance here today, the Committees will have the information to conclude that the negative and destructive assumptions about me and my relationship with my brother Joe are wrong,” his opening statement concluded.

“There is no basis for this inquiry to continue,” he said.

WATCH: Legendary Entrepreneur Shreds CNN Host’s Claims About Trump’s Finances

Kevin O’Leary, a prominent figure from the show “Shark Tank,” refuted CNN anchor Laura Coates when she attempted to spread misinformation regarding President Donald Trump’s financial situation. O’Leary made an appearance on CNN on Monday following the surprising civil court ruling against Trump in New York.

Judge Arthur Engoron, known for his radical views, ordered Trump to pay $355 million in punitive damages. This ruling stemmed from a politically motivated civil case initiated by New York’s Attorney General Letitia James, a career Democrat. The lawsuit against Trump falsely claimed that he had inflated his assets and engaged in fraudulent activities.

Engoron ruled that Trump and his co-defendants were liable for “persistent and repeated fraud,” “falsifying business records,” “issuing false financial statements,” “conspiracy to falsify false financial statements,” “insurance fraud,” and “conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.”

O’Leary challenged Coates’ perspective when questioned about the potential impact on investors and developers in New York following the substantial financial penalties imposed on Trump.

“[W]ouldn’t there be many companies who would not want to do business or loan money to people like yourself or investors if they know that they can get away with fraud and there’s no recourse to protect them?” Coates asked O’Leary.

“Excuse me. What fraud?!” O’Leary asked.

Breaking: RINO Meghan McCain Goes After Kari Lake

Meghan McCain, a conservative commentator, refuses to reconcile with Kari Lake, the Arizona Republican Senate candidate.

In a post on X on Tuesday, McCain said, “Kari Lake is trying to walk back her continued attacks on my Dad (& family) and all of his loyal supporters after telling them to ‘get the hell out’. Guess she realized she can’t become a Senator without us.”

“No peace, b*tch. We see you for who you are – and are repulsed by it,” she added.

Lake responded to McCain’s Tuesday post with a lengthy missive, writing, “Hi Meghan, As mothers, (both with two kiddos) I’m know we both agree that our children’s future is too important to let it slip away over past grudges or hurt feelings. That’s why I’m working hard to unite Republicans, Independents, Democrats — ALL Americans.”

“My dad passed away from cancer, too. I trust and believe that if our fathers were still with us they would do everything they could to save this Republic,” she continued. “I want to make Senator McCain and Larry Lake proud. I value you. I value your family and I value the passion you have for our state.”

Finally, Lake wrote, “I’d love nothing more than to buy you a beer, a coffee or lunch and pick your brain about how we can work together to strengthen our state. My team is sending you my contact info — if you’re willing to meet, it would mean a lot to me.”

McCain refused to accept the extended olive branch, however, and responded:

She added, “I breathe fire for my family and never forgive those who have trashed any of us – particularly my Dad in death. Never.”

WATCH: Nancy Pelosi Goes On Another RIDICULOUS Anti-Trump Rant

Democratic Representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki appeared on MSNBC’s “The Insider Interview” to discuss President Donald Trump’s alleged connection to Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Both Pelosi and Psaki made false claims about a recent statement made by Trump, knowingly spreading misinformation.

They then used this fabricated narrative to further smear Trump with another false accusation. Their focus was on a statement Trump made about NATO during a rally earlier this month. Trump had urged other NATO member states to contribute their fair share for defense purposes, emphasizing that American taxpayers should not bear the entire burden.

“NATO was busted until I came along,” Trump said.

“I said, ‘Everybody’s gonna pay.’

“They said, ‘Well, if we don’t pay, are you still going to protect us?’

“I said, ‘Absolutely not.’

“They couldn’t believe the answer,” Trump revealed.

Nevertheless, Democrats and their accomplices in the corporate media have not only distorted Trump’s words, but they have also concocted entirely false aspects of his speech. The deceptive Left is asserting that Trump actually encouraged Putin to invade NATO countries and their allies.

However, upon watching the video provided below, it becomes evident that Trump never once advocated for Putin or any other individual to invade a NATO country or its ally.

Yet despite this, Pelosi went on national TV to perpetuate the big lie:

NYC Charges Delivery Driver For Defending Himself From Illegal Migrant

An Amazon delivery driver in New York City was arrested by the police after he had to defend himself from a lewd attack by a drunk, naked illegal immigrant who attempted to steal packages from his van.

According to reports from the police and the New York Post, the intoxicated foreign criminal exposed himself and tried to rob the driver. The driver, who goes by the name Abu, was making a delivery in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, around 4:45 p.m. on Sunday when the incident occurred.

The illegal border crosser was seen holding a beer bottle and engaging in inappropriate behavior on the street. The altercation happened close to 9 Hall Street, a shelter funded by taxpayers where the 26-year-old migrant, identified as Yeison Sanchez, resides.

Abu instructed Sanchez to cease his actions, which led to the situation escalating. The confrontation culminated in the Amazon worker striking the migrant on the head with a snowball.

“I was unloading my stuff, and a guy – he was like a pervert, he had his penis out,” Abu told the Post on Monday.

“He’s in the corner of the street j—ing off and I told him, ‘Hey, what are you doing?’

“And he went into my van where all my mail and everything was at, and I pushed him away, and he ran towards me like he was going to aggressively hit me.”

Abu mentioned that he proceeded to grab a chunk of ice from the ground and utilized it to strike the trespassing illegal immigrant, ensuring his own safety.

“I picked up a piece and I socked him with it and he went down on his butt,” said Abu.

Abu noticed the presence of police officers nearby and requested their assistance. Despite the police responding to the situation, Abu stated that he was charged with third-degree assault. According to the Post, he was subsequently released on a desk appearance ticket. The police reported that Sanchez sustained swelling and bruising on his face.

“[Sanchez] was telling [the police] in Spanish that I punched him in the face,” Abu told the Post.

“I told them there’s cameras around, you can probably find something.

“They said there were no cameras.

“After a while, it turned into a ‘He said, she said’ thing and that’s how it went.”

The charge against the Amazon worker was confirmed by the NYPD in an official statement. Additionally, Sanchez faced charges of petit larceny, public lewdness, and consuming alcohol in public. He was released without bail on Monday, as reported by the Post. Abu claimed he was merely defending himself and did not wish to suffer the same fate as a colleague who was attacked in the Bronx recently.

“He was trying to aggressively hurt me and I just protected myself and my property from my job,” Abu maintained.

“That’s it. I ended up being taken in, and now I have an open case about this … It’s ridiculous.”

“I didn’t want to lose my job,” he said.

“I did things the right way, by the books, and I wound up going to jail.”

Trump Can’t Stop Smiling After Seeing The News…

A recent survey has delivered a potential blow to the Democrats in anticipation of the 2024 presidential election. Various surveys conducted over the past few months have consistently shown that former President Donald Trump has been gaining ground over President Joe Biden.

According to a poll conducted by Emerson College, Trump not only surpasses Vice President Kamala Harris and California Governor Gavin Newsom but also outperforms Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. The poll reveals that 45 percent of the 1,225 registered voter respondents support Trump in a hypothetical race against Biden, who garners 44 percent support.

Furthermore, an additional eleven percent of the participants remain undecided. It is worth noting that Trump’s lead falls within the ± 2.7 percent credibility interval, indicating a margin of error.

“Trump’s slim edge grows by one point when the field widens to include third-party candidates. He leads the pack with 40 percent, followed by Biden at 38 percent and independent candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr. at seven percent. From there, Green Party candidate Jill Stein and independent candidate Cornel West tie at one percent, with another thirteen percent undecided,” the site noted further, referencing the results.

Furthermore, a majority of voters, specifically 45 percent, have expressed their anticipation that Trump will emerge victorious in the upcoming presidential election. In contrast, 42 percent of voters believe that Biden will secure the presidency. Interestingly, 14 percent of voters have indicated that another candidate will ultimately succeed in November.

Emerson, a reputable organization, conducted extensive polls to gauge the potential outcomes of matchups between Trump and other prominent Democrats across the nation. These polls were conducted amidst a backdrop of national attention focused on Biden’s mental acuity and age.

The scrutiny surrounding Biden’s mental fitness and age has intensified, particularly after Special Counsel Robert Hur’s damning report on Biden’s classified document case. This scrutiny was further fueled by the president’s disastrous press conference addressing the matter. The polls conducted by Emerson have revealed that all other Democrats fall behind Trump in terms of popularity and support. Additionally, their performances were found to be even worse than Biden’s.

Donald Trump UNLOADS On ‘Crooked’ Judge Engoron

President Donald Trump has released a scathing statement criticizing New York Judge Arthur Engoron. Engoron recently ruled that Trump must pay around $355 million and face other punitive actions. The judge’s decision came as part of a politically motivated civil “fraud” case led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, a career Democrat who campaigned on a promise to “get Trump” on unspecified charges.

Trump expressed his disapproval of the ruling during a campaign rally in Michigan, referring to the judge as a “lunatic” driven by corrupt partisan bias and personal animosity towards him, his business, and conservatives in general. The former president also expressed his anger towards AG James and other prosecutors, such as Special Counsel Jack Smith at the federal level and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Williams in Georgia, all of whom are Democrats. Judge Engoron’s 92-page decision ordered Trump and the Trump Organization to pay approximately $355 million in “damages” to the state for allegedly manipulating asset values for bank loans or tax purposes.

AG James claims that the total owed by Trump is closer to $450 million when factoring in pre-judgment interest. She warned that the amount would continue to increase with additional interest and penalties until it was fully paid.

In addition to the imposed damages, Engoron has also prohibited Trump from assuming any leadership role in any business within New York state for a duration of three years, including his own organization bearing his name.

Furthermore, the judge has forbidden Trump and his company from seeking any bank loans during the same time frame. Engoron has gone even further by mandating the appointment and installation of an “independent monitor” and an “independent director of compliance” at the Trump Organization.

To add to the severity of the ruling, Engoron has also instructed Trump’s eldest sons, Don Jr. and Eric, to individually pay fines exceeding $4 million along with interest. Additionally, they are prohibited from holding leadership positions in their own family business or any other entity in New York for a period of two years.

“The decision yesterday in New York, you may have read about it,” President Trump told the crowd.

“He’s a crooked judge.

“By a radical left-wing judge, who is a lawless and unconstitutional atrocity that sets fire to our laws like no one has ever seen in this country before.”

“This judge is a lunatic, and if you’ve ever watched him, and the attorney general may be worse, maybe worse,” he continued about AG James.

“You ever watch her? ‘I will get Donald Trump.’ Her campaign, ‘I will get Donald Trump. I promise I will get him.’

“She knows nothing about me, nothing about me.”

In addition, Trump dedicated a brief period to redirect his focus towards Special Counsel Smith and Fulton County DA Willis. Both individuals have pressed criminal charges against him, accusing him of alleged interference and other “crimes” during and after the 2020 election. Trump expressed his belief that Smith’s actions to criminalize his presidential actions and expedite his prosecution before the crucial November election were unfounded and indicative of a disturbed mindset.

Furthermore, he vehemently dismissed Willis’s assertions of innocence regarding allegations that she had financially profited from a undisclosed romantic involvement with a special prosecutor she had appointed for the case. Trump labeled these claims as baseless and unsubstantiated.

“This Election Interference and tyrannical Abuse of Power by a Crooked Judge and Crooked Attorney General cannot be tolerated,” Trump said in a statement Friday.

“My case was already won in the Appellate Division, and more than 80% of the frivolous claims were wiped out.

“Yet, as I suspected, and in order to hurt me and the Republican Party politically, Crooked and Corrupt Judge Arthur Engoron ignored his loss at the Appellate Division, and came up with an outrageous $355 Million Dollar fine against me.”

“There were no victims, and not one person testified there was any fraud.

“The actual witnesses established my Net Worth exceeded that reported in my Financial Statements as those Statements never included my most valuable Asset — the TRUMP Brand.

“The Highly Respected Expert Witness said my Financial Statements were among the best he has ever seen,” he continued.

“I paid over $300 Million Dollars in taxes to New York City and State, and they want me gone.

“They are Crazed Lunatics who are destroying everything in their way.

“It all starts with Biden’s attacks on his Political Opponent!”

Trump added, “This shocking and corrupt Interference in the Free Markets for political gain places every New York business transaction at risk.

“We must make sure Corrupt Politicians and Judges cannot continue to abuse the power of their office and violate the public trust.

“We have already won, and will continue the fight on appeal!”

Sanctuary City RELEASES Illegal Arrested For Sick Crime

A Guatemalan man residing in the United States illegally was arrested for child sex abuse charges earlier this month, immigration authorities revealed on Friday.

The individual, who remains unidentified, had been previously apprehended for similar charges last year but was released due to “sanctuary” policies. U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) removal agents took the man into custody on Feb. 6. He is now facing child sex crime charges in Providence, Rhode Island, according to ICE Director Todd M. Lyons of the Boston field office of Enforcement Removal Operations.

Lyons said: “This Guatemalan national has disregarded U.S. immigration laws and has been charged with horrific crimes against a Rhode Island child.

“We will continue to apprehend and remove egregious offenders who prey on the most vulnerable in our society.”

The suspect’s entry into the U.S. remains unknown to immigration authorities. However, he was apprehended in Providence in March 2023 and charged with child molestation. While being held at the Adult Correctional Institute in Cranston, Rhode Island, immigration authorities filed a detainer request for him. Unfortunately, the request to inform immigration authorities about his impending release from the facility was disregarded.

Consequently, he was released in April 2023. Once released, this illegal alien predator was able to continue victimizing more children, taking advantage of his freedom. It is important to note that his previous child molestation case is still pending.

It is a common occurrence for multiple jurisdictions across the country to disregard detainer requests from ICE. This is primarily due to the implementation of “sanctuary city” policies, which prohibit local authorities from cooperating with immigration officials. ICE has expressed concerns that these policies jeopardize public safety by releasing dangerous criminals back into society.
